Limited Optum and ASH authorized programs may be accepted when applicable. Clients seeking out-of-network insurance reimbursement may request a superbill. HSA and FSA cards are accepted when processed as Visa or Mastercard. TREATMENT HOURS (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY): * Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8AM - 1:30PM * Tuesday, Thursday: 1PM - 6:30PM * Saturday, Sunday: 8AM - 1:30PM SERVICE MENU: THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE is tailored to your individual needs, whether you are seeking pain relief, recovering from an injury, managing stress, or improving mobility. Treatment plans may be adapted for clients undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment, during pregnancy or the postpartum period, for TMJ dysfunction, post-surgical recovery and scar tissue support. (Medical clearance may be required for some conditions.) MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE is a gentle, specialized treatment designed to reduce swelling and support the lymphatic system. Currently available on a limited basis for pre- and post-surgical support for abdominal surgeries (some examples include: hernia repair, cesareans, Abex surgery). Reduces swelling, supports post-surgical recovery, and aids in scar tissue remodeling. (Medical clearance or a referral from your surgeon may be required.) HOT STONE FULL-BODY (90-minute only + $30 upgrade) is a therapeutic massage service that incorporates hot towels and heated basalt stones to promote deeper muscle relaxation and relieve tension. Full-body sessions offer a deeply soothing experience while enhancing the therapeutic benefits of your massage. (Complimentary aromatherapy is available with this service upon request. Please request it prior to your appointment so preparations can be made in advance.) ENHANCEMENTS: Enhancements are available to further customize your massage experience. If you would like to add an enhancement to your session, please request it prior to your appointment so preparations can be made in advance. Available enhancements include: AROMATHERAPY ($12) blended into your massage and diffused, hot towel compresses. Three scents: Lavendar, Citrus, Peppermint. HOT STONE ENHANCEMENT ($12) to experience deeper muscle relief and improved circulation. Back, neck, and shoulders. (MOST REQUESTED/TOP FAVORITE) RAPID PERCUSSION ($12) to experience deeper muscle relaxation and improved circulation. MUSCLE RECOVERY THERAPY ($12) combines the soothing effects of Prossage and Biofreeze, along with hot towel compresses, to create a dynamic hot-and-cold therapy. Perfect for recovery from sprains, strains and joint soreness. The Biofreeze provides a cooling sensation to reduce inflammation and pain, while the moist heat from the hot towels enhances circulation and relaxes tense muscles. (Pairs well with rapid percussion or hot stone enhancement.) EXFOLIATING BACK OR FOOT SCRUB ($12) includes soothing hot towel compresses and your choice essential oils (lavendar, citrus, peppermint, tea tree) or unscented. (Single notes may be blended such as lavender and peppermint.) FIRST-TIME VISITOR OFFER: For clients who are new to the practice, a one-time introductory rate is available to help you get started and determine whether ongoing care is a good fit. $65 -- 60-minute massage $95 -- 90-minute massage INTRODUCTORY CARE SERIES: For clients who are new to the practice, the Introductory Care Series provides a structured way to experience therapeutic massage and establish a routine of care. This one-time series is available to new clients only. Sessions must be used within a four-month period and do not renew. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Three (3) 60-minute sessions ($65 per session) = $195 prepaid (Sessions may be upgraded to 90 minutes for an additional $30 per session, bringing the upgraded session rate to $95.) NEXT STEPS: After your introductory care period, you may choose to continue care through the Monthly Wellness Program or continue scheduling sessions at the standard session rates listed below. MONTHLY WELLNESS PROGRAM: The Monthly Wellness Program is designed for clients who value consistent ongoing care. The program supports ongoing care through reduced session pricing and includes a six-month initial commitment. Program benefits include: * One 60-minute therapeutic massage each month ($69); * Reduced pricing on additional 60-minute sessions ($65); * Upgrade any session to 90 minutes for an additional $30; * $3 discount on eligible enhancements; * One-year price lock; * One-session rollover to the following month. Complete program terms and conditions are provided in the Monthly Wellness Program Agreement before enrollment. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: Appointments are scheduled through the online client portal. Availability shown in the portal reflects real-time openings. Clients may access the portal through a web browser or by downloading the SimplePractice Client Portal mobile app for convenient access to scheduling, forms, reminders, secure messaging, and account management. New clients can create an account and submit an appointment request online. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with important pre-appointment instructions and a link to the client portal, where you will complete your required intake paperwork. Intake paperwork and supporting documentation must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation or delay of services. CANCELLATION POLICY: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and missed appointments are subject to a fee of $40 for appointments up to 60 minutes and $60 for 90-minute appointments. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future appointments being charged at the full reserved session rate (100% of the scheduled service fee), regardless of duration or previously applied cancellation fees. Late arrivals will receive the remaining scheduled session time and are responsible for the full reserved session fee. Requests to shorten a scheduled appointment without at least 24 hours notice will be charged the full originally scheduled session rate.
