SERVICE MENU: Therapeutic Massage: Tailored to meet your unique needs from sress recovery to pain managment. Manual Lymph Drainage (for pre- and post-surgical support for abex and tummy tucks, cesareans, abdominal and breast reconstruction): Reduces swelling, supports post-surgical recovevery, and aids in scar tissue remodeling. (May require a referral from your surgeon.) Oncology Massage (OM): Gentle care for clients undergoing cancer treatments, promoting comfort and wellbeing. (Requires a referral from your oncologist.) Prenatal/Postpartum Massage: Supports comfort, circulation, and relaxation through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. (May require a referral from your OB or mid-wife.) Chair Massage: Quick, targeted relief for the back, neck, shoulders and arms -- perfect for a busy schedule. Hot Stone Massage: Smoothe, heated basalt stones relax muscles and relieve tension; full-body sessions offer a deeply soothing experience. FIRST-TIME VISITOR OFFER: For clients who are new to the practice, a one-time introductory rate is available to help you get started and determine whether ongoing care is a good fit. $65 -- 60-minute massage $95 -- 90-minute massage * Available to new clients only * One-time introductory rate * Full therapeutic session, not a shortened or limited service This offer is intended as an introduction to care and is not an ongoing rate. INTRODUCTORY CARE SERIES: For clients who are new to the practice, the Introductory Care Series provides a short-term, structured way to experience therapeutic massage and establish a routine of care. This series is available to new clients only and is not an ongoing membership. Sessions must be used within a four-month period. This short-term plan does not renew automatically and is intended to help clients build a consistent care routine. Sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferrable. Three (3) 60-minute sessions ($65 per session) = $195 prepaid Upgrade any of the three sessions in the series to 90 minutes for $30, bringing the total session cost to $95. Next Steps: After completing the Introductory Care Series, clients may: * Enroll in the Monthly Membership Program; or * Continue booking standard self-pay sessions listed below. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM: The membership program is designed for clients who value consistency, flexibility, and preferred pricing. Membership is optional, month-to-month, and intended to support regular care without long-term contracts. Monthly Membership Includes: * One 60-minute therapeutic massage per month ($69); * Reduced member-only pricing on additional monthly sessions ($65); * Upgrade any session to a 90-minute for $30; * $3 discount on enhancements (aromatherapy, hotstones, scrubs, etc.); * One-year price lock; * Flexible rollover: If you're unable to use your monthly session one session may roll over to the following month. Unused sessions beyond that rollover period expire. Memberships are intended for consistent care and do not allow unlimited accumulation. Membership Details: Memberships require an initial six-month commitment. After the initial terms is completed, memberships continue on a month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days' notice. Early cancellation prior to completion of the initial term will result in a flat termination fee. Please refer to the Membership Agreement for full terms. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to the standard $25-$35 fee. Occasional scheduling issues happen; however, repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session and/or removal from the membership program. Removal from the membership does not waive any remaining financial obligations, including applicable early termination fees. Please refer to the Membership Agreement for full terms. SERVICE MENU STANDARD RATES: 30-minutes $55 60-minute $75 90-minute $105 Insurance Billing: Insurance reimbursement rates vary by plan. Pricing for insurance-based services may differ from self-pay rates. Enhancements: * Aromatherapy $10: Essential oils blended into your massage and diffused, hot towel compresses. Three scents: Lavendar, Citrus, Peppermint. * Hot Stone/Hot Towel Ritual: $20 an upper body targeted session; OR $30 full-body (full-body is 90-minute session). * Rapid Percussion Therapy $10: Experience deeper muscle relief and improved circulation. Muscle Recovery Therapy $10. This treatment combines the soothing effects of Prossage and Biofreeze, along with hot towel compresses, to create a dynamic hot-and-cold therapy. Perfect for recovery from sprains, strains and joint soreness. The Biofreeze provides a cooling sensation to reduce inflammation and pain, while the moist heat from the hot towels enhaces circulation and relaxes tense muscles. (Pairs well with rapid percussion.) Exfoliating Foot, Hand, or Back Treatment $10: Indulge in a rejuvenating sugar scrub for your feet, back, or hands. This enhancement includes soothing hot towel compresses and your choice aromatherapy (lavendar, citrus, peppermint) or unscented. OFFICE HOURS: Monday - Friday 8AM - 6:30M Saturday - Sunday 8AM - 1:30PM By appointment only. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: Appointments are scheduled exclusively through the online client portal. Availability shown in the portal reflects real-time openings. If no appointments are visible, there is no current availability. New clients must create an account and schedule their first appointment through the portal. Same-day appointments are reserved for existing clients and are not guaranteed. All required intake paperwork must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments with incomplete paperwork will be canceled. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. CANCELLATION POLICY: Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to a $25-$35 fee, depending on appointment length, or up to 50% of the standard scheduled service rate. Late arrivals will receive the remaining scheduled session time and are responsible for the full session fee. Requests to shorten a scheduled session without at least 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate. Repeat scheduling issues may result in prepayment requirements or limited booking privileges. GIFT CERTIFICATES: Looking for the perfect gift for someone special?
