(May require a referral from your surgeon.) Oncology Massage (OM): Gentle care for clients undergoing cancer treatments, promoting comfort and wellbeing. (Requires a referral from your oncologist.) Prenatal/Postpartum Massage: Supports comfort, circulation, and relaxation through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. (May require a referral from your OB or mid-wife.) Chair Massage: Quick, targeted relief for the back, neck, shoulders and arms -- perfect for a busy schedule. Hot Stone Massage: Smoothe, heated basalt stones relax muscles and relieve tension; full-body sessions offer a deeply soothing experience. Please note that any remaining balance after the expiration date will not be honored. * Lost or Stolen Certificates; Gift certificates are treated like cash, and must be presented at the time of service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Lost or stolen certificates may not be replaced. * State Law Compliance: Our gift certificate policies comply with applicable state and federal laws. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM: The membership program is designed for clients who value consistency, flexibility, and preferred pricing. Membership is optional, month-to-month, and intended to support regular care without long-term contracts. Monthly Membership: $65 per month Includes: * One 60-minute therapeutic massage per month * Priority scheduling * Reduced member-only pricing on additional sessions * Flexible rollover (see below) Session Rollover: * If you're unable to use your monthly session one session may roll over to the following month. * Unused sessions beyond that rollover period expire. * Memberships are intended for consistent care and do not allow unlimited accumulation. Additional Member Benefits: * Additional 60-minute sessions: $59 * Upgrade to 90 minutes: $30 (member-only rate) Membership Details: * Memberships are autobilled each month. * Memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days' notice. * Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. * Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to the standard $25 fee. For Existing (Legacy) Clients: Legacy clients will continue at their established rates. Membership is available if you would like the added flexibility or plan to schedule more than once per month, but enrollment is not required. FIRST-TIME VISITOR OFFER: For clients who are new to the practice, a one-time introductory rate is available to help you get started and determine whether ongoing care is a good fit. First-Time Visitor Session: $50 -- 60-minute therapeutic massage * Available to new clients only * One-time introductory rate * Full therapeutic session, not a shortened or limited service This offer is intended as an introduction to care and is not an ongoing rate. INTRODUCTORY CARE SERIES: For clients who are new to the practice, the Introductory Care Series provides a short-term, structured way to experience therapeutic massage and establish a routine of care. This series is available to new clients only and is not an ongoing membership. Pricing Options: * Pay in Full: $150 for three 60-minute sessions * Auto-bill: $50 per month for three months Sessions must be used within the three-month period. This short-term plan does not renew automatically and is intended to help clients build a consistent care routine. Upgrade Option: * Each 60-minute session may be upgraded to 90 minutes for $45, bringing the total session cost to $95. * This upgrade is available during any of the three sessions in the series. Additional Sessions: * Additional 60-minute sessions during the series may be scheduled at $55 per session. * Additional sessions are subject to availability and are billed separately from the introductory series. Next Steps: After completing the Introductory Care Series, clients may: * Enroll in the Monthly Membership Program, or * Continue booking standard self-pay sessions listed below. SERVICE MENU: 30-minutes $50 60-minute $90 90-minute $120 Insurance Billing: Insurance reimbursement rates vary by plan. Pricing for insurance-based services may differ from self-pay rates. Enhancements: * Aromatherapy $5: Essential oils blended into your massage and diffused, hot towel compresses. Three scents: Lavendar, Citrus, Peppermint. * Hot Stones (back, neck, shoulders) $5 back/shoulder; OR $20 full-body (full-body is 90-minute session). * Rapid Percussion Therapy $5: Experience deeper muscle relief and improved circulation. Muscle Recovery Therapy $5. This treatment combines the soothing effects of Prossage and Biofreeze, along with hot towel compresses, to create a dynamic hot-and-cold therapy. Perfect for recovery from sprains, strains and joint soreness. The Biofreeze provides a cooling sensation to reduce inflammation and pain, while the moist heat from the hot towels enhaces circulation and relaxes tense muscles. (Pairs well with rapid percussion.) Exfoliating Foot, Hand, or Back Treatment $8: Indulge in a rejuvenating sugar scrub for your feet, back, or hands. This enhancement includes soothing hot towel compresses and your choice aromatherapy (lavendar, citrus, peppermint) or unscented. OFFICE HOURS: Sunday - Saturday 8AM - 8PM By appointment only. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: Clients may call, text, email or use the contact form in this portal to schedule appointments. New clients also have the option of setting up their account and requesting their first appointment through the client portal. The client portal is a secure, convenient way to book and reschedule appointments online, review upcoming appointments, and make payments. CANCELLATION POLICY: Same day cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a $25 fee. Should we be able to re-book the time with another client, we will waive this fee. Late arrivals will receive the remaining appointment time and are responsible for the full session fee. If you request to shorten your session time, we will do that for you; however, you are responsible for the full session fee if this change was not made prior to 8PM the previous day. REFERRAL PROGRAM: Please let us know who referred you to our practice so we can thank them with a $5 credit that they can use on future services. Thank you for letting us serve you.
