Get even greater benefit from your sessions by adding one or more enhancements (see list below). Oncology Massage (OM): For women undergoing cancer treatment or dealing with its aftermath. OM helps reduce pain, manage fatigue and anxiety, & improve the overall quality of life. Our therapists are trained to work safely with the lymphatic system, scar tissue, and medical devices, providing gentle care for those who are either currently undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation, or recovering from the effects. Cradling Arms LLC is a member of the Society for Oncology Massage. Pregnancy, Labor, and 4th Trimester Support: We support women through their perinatal journey with our doula services and prenatal/postpartum massage. Whether you're expecting a little one or navigating the postpartum phase, we're here to cradle you with care and expertise. We are a member of CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Association) and ICAN (International Cesarean Awareness Network). Doula Services: Postpartum doula services are available to active labor doula client(s). Daytime services are provided in 3-4 hour shifts. Overnight support is available with an 8-hour minimum. Services available Sunday - Saturday for the first 12 weeks postpartum. (Fee: $45/hour) Labor doula services are available to existing massage clients (both active and inactive) (must have been seen for massage a minimum of 3 visits). Hot towels may be added to Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Enhancement, and Rapid Percussion Therapy for $2 per body area (the back, the hands, the feet). OFFICE HOURS: Sunday - Saturday 8AM - 7PM By appointment only. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: Clients may call, text, email or use the contact form in this portal to schedule appointments. New clients also have the option of setting up their account and requesting their first appointment through the client portal. The client portal is a secure, convenient way to book and reschedule appointments online, review upcoming appointments, and make payments. Groupon vouchers are redeemed at the time the appointment is scheduled, and we require that a copy of the Groupon be uploaded to your client portal. CANCELLATION POLICY: Same day cancellations, late cancellations (appointments canceled after 7PM the previous day) and missed appointments are subject to a $16, $32, or $48 fee depending on the length of the session. This is necessary in order to pay our massage therapists for their time. Should we be able to re-book the time with another client, we will waive this fee. Late arrivals will receive the remaining appointment time and are responsible for the full session fee. If you request to shorten your session time, we will do that for you; however, you are responsible for the full session fee if this change was not made prior to 7PM the previous day.
